Before we talk about job details, we believe the people you work with are the foundation of what makes a job great. The CS team is a part of the broader Product team and currently consists of 5 Customer Success Managers and 1 Onboarding Specialist.

The job:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients from the moment they sign up until they achieve their first impact with our product and the onboarding phase ends.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the client experience and ensuring our customers maximize the value of their Neople early on.

The role in more detail:

  • Be the SPOC for customers during the onboarding phase;
  • Contribute to the development and execution of our customer onboarding strategy;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve the onboarding process;
  • Coordinate with Customer Success Managers, Tech, and Data teams to ensure Neople are seamlessly integrated and operational;
  • Manage the projects and gather the required information to create and customize Neople, delegating tasks where needed to other teams, validating quality and ultimately handing over to a CSM;
  • Participate and lead projects aimed at optimizing the customer onboarding flow, processes, and overall experience;
  • Develop initiatives to create an intuitive onboarding experience for end-users that enhances adoption;
  • Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to inform product development and improve user experience.

The requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-centric solutions;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work;
  • Proactive and innovative approach to improving processes and customer experiences;
  • Be a collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment;
  • A customer-first mindset with a commitment to driving positive outcomes;
  • Work experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience (e.g. communication role, UX design, Data, Tech)
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (C1 level) and proficient in Dutch (B2 level or higher).

Nice to haves:

  • Start-up experience
  • Experience in a SaaS company
  • Experience as onboarding specialist or implementation manager
  • Affinity with AI
