Founder’s Associate (DE)

We’re growing fast and that’s why we’re looking for a new (human) colleague to join our stellar Berlin-based team! We're on the search for a highly motivated German-speaking Founder’s Associate who will play a crucial role in our next growth phase.

As the Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founders and play a critical role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of a high-growth startup, from strategy and business development to operations and marketing. You will be instrumental in supporting the founders in their daily tasks and long-term projects.

The team

We believe the people you work with are what make a job amazing. You’ll work mostly alongside one of the Founders (Bas, Hans or Menno). Next to that, you will work closely with Weronica (Partnerships) and Remy (Revenue Operations). You’ll be part of the starting team in the Berlin office, that will be launched at the 1st of September.

The Neople team is best described as open, ambitious, highly skilled, friendly and if you ask us - also really fun. We’re now with a group of 30, and growing fast!

Requirements:

  • Assist the founders in developing and executing the company's strategic plan.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives across various departments.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Act as a liaison between the founders and other team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, or investment banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications kills in DE and EN.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
