The team:


Before we talk about job details, we believe the people you work with are what makes a job great. We’re currently a team of 15 people and counting. You'll work closely with our CEO Hans and together you make sure all financial activities are overseen.


Our entire team is best described as open, ambitious, highly skilled, friendly and if you ask us- also really fun. Besides people, we also count our Neople as part of our team. With Emily as our chief executive Neople. We’ll make sure you meet her and other Neople during a first interview!


The job:

We are looking for a Head of Finance that can supervise all financial activities of our fast-growing company. Your job is to maintain our company's financial health and ensure we use our capital and resources beneficially. Next to that, you monitor and collect our credits, and make sure that all activities comply with regulations.


This includes:

  • Preparing financial reports and forecasting financial results on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

  • Monitoring credits and ensuring collections

  • Overseeing the budgets, approving and rejecting incoming requests.

  • Conducting risk management and overseeing company cash flow

  • Evaluating and initiating investments together with the management team

  • Allocating resources and managing finances.


The Job requirements:

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a head of finance or a similar position.

  • Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.

  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.

  • Knowledge of accounting software.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Effective leadership qualities.


Our ideal Head of Finance will have:

  • Work experience at a SaaS company

  • Experience with venture capital series A or B funding rounds

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Affinity with AI. Or a clear passion for the field.
